Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all bookings made with Game Guys. By confirming your booking, you agree to the following:
1. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed once a completed booking form has been received and a deposit of £100 has been paid.
The £100 booking deposit is non-refundable and also acts as a damage deposit.
The remaining balance is due no later than one month before the event date.
If the balance is not received by this time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.
2. Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable.

If you cancel more than one month before your event, no further balance is due.

If you cancel within one month of your event, the full balance may still be payable.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
3. Setup & Access
The client is responsible for ensuring:

Adequate space is available for setup

Suitable ground/surface conditions
-
Clear and safe access for unloading equipment
If access is restricted or conditions are unsuitable, we may not be able to complete setup as planned.
4. Hire Duration

Outdoor Games are provided on a full-day hire basis.

Crazy Golf and Axe Throwing are provided for a maximum of 6 hours unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Additional time may be subject to availability and additional charges.
5. Supervision & Safety

Axe Throwing and Crazy Golf will be supervised by a member of staff.

Participants must follow all safety instructions provided.

We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unsafe (e.g. due to intoxication).
All safety decisions made on the day are final.
6. Damage Deposit, Loss & Responsibility
The £100 deposit acts as a damage deposit and will be returned in full following the event, provided all equipment is returned in good condition with no damage.
The client is responsible for ensuring that all hired equipment is returned.
We reserve the right to retain part or all of the deposit in the event of:

Damage to equipment

Loss or missing items
7. Liability
We hold appropriate public liability insurance.
We are not responsible for:

Injury caused by misuse of equipment

Loss or damage to personal belongings
-
Delays caused by factors outside of our control
8. On-the-Day Contact
The client must provide a reliable on-the-day contact who can assist with access and any decisions required.
9. General
We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to setups where necessary.
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
